2. Clinical Judgement
Previo does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or replace licensed clinical judgement. All AI document extractions, category routing, and STAT urgency flags must be reviewed and validated by authorized medical staff.
3. Third-Party APIs
API connections to third-party providers (such as Dedicated Vertex AI Architecture and FAXAGE Cloud API) are configured using the client's own API credentials. Previo is not liable for third-party API service downtime or provider rate limits.
