2. Clinical Judgement
Previo does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or replace licensed clinical judgement. All automated OCR extractions, category routing, and STAT urgency flags must be reviewed and validated by authorized medical staff.
3. Third-Party APIs
API connections to third-party providers (such as Google Cloud Gemini API and FAXAGE Cloud API) are configured using the client's own API credentials. Previo is not liable for third-party API service downtime or provider rate limits.
