Refund Policy
Terms regarding software subscriptions and billing cancellations
1. Monthly Software Subscription
Previo is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis ($30/month per clinic). You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next monthly billing cycle through your Client Portal or by contacting support.
2. Refund Terms
Subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial software license activation if dissatisfied. Subsequent recurring monthly charges are non-refundable once billed for the active cycle.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Access
Upon cancellation or non-payment of the $30/month subscription, software license verification will deactivate software access at the end of the paid billing period.
