Terms of Service

1. Definitions and License Grant

"Previo" refers to the desktop medical fax orchestration, OCR parsing, and STAT triage software application provided by Previo Systems ("we", "us", or "our").

Subject to payment of the monthly subscription fee ($30/month per clinic), Previo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license to install and operate Previo on your clinic's desktop devices during the active term.

2. Subscription Billing & Access Revocation

Software licenses are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis of $30/month per clinic. Continued access to the desktop software relies on an active subscription status. If a subscription is cancelled or lapses due to non-payment, automated software license verification will deactivate desktop app access at the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Bring Your Own API Key (BYO-API) & Third-Party Costs

Subscribers provide their own API credentials (including Google Gemini API keys and FAXAGE Cloud API logins). You are responsible for all third-party API usage fees incurred directly with those providers. Previo provides an integrated Live Billing Manager to assist in monitoring API consumption.

4. Business Associate Agreement (BAA) & HIPAA

Use of Previo for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Both parties agree to abide by HIPAA administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

5. Intellectual Property

Previo Systems retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the Previo software, source code, and desktop application.
